Good day!

I am ROSANNA JOY ANTONIO LOPEZ, 18 Year old. Single..I live at Purok 2 New Culasi Tulunan North
Cotabato.I am a Senior High School graduating student of Sibsib National High School under HUMSS
STRAND.

I am the eldest among two Children in the family.May father is Mr Resty D. Lopez. He works as Laborer
in one of the RiceMill at Sibsib Tulunan North Cotabato..My mother is Jorelyn A. Lopez.She was a former
OFW in Kwait.Unfortunately she came home with an unfinished contract due her poor health condition.
Her situation affects our means of living.

I want to pursue my studies in college. I dreamed of becoming a Data Scientist or any related course to
Information Technology.

Governor, it is my greatest desire to finish college and turn my dream into reality.I know God uses u as
an instrument to us who belong to a family whose income is below the poverty threshold.

I am hoping that you would consider my application to become one of your scholars.
May God continue to bless you as you continually serving the people of Cotabato Province.
