environment. Teacher who makes supportive relationship, increased student achievements,
intelligence and motivate student to be part in classroom activities and discussion. Positive
relationship between learners and teacher defined ways on how to create powerful relationships.
These can include effective communication, self-esteem, motivation, healthy learning
environment and mutual respect.
Student teacher relationship help to develop positive self-esteem, which is beneficial for students
especially for those students with learning difficulties and with low economic statues. Teacher
love to see his/her student confidence and personalities grow and flourish. This process leads of
getting good grades, healthier classrooms, and it is useful for anyone in students’ education.

students then learners feel interested in their classes and this could increase their love and then
will benefit them for their lives. Moreover, positive motivation can develop children self-
regulation skills and improve academic achievements.
Communication skills play as vital role for interacting among students, because teaching task
requires communication. Teacher role to be responsible for comprehending and make
information easier. Effective communication skills help students to make more academic
progress and allows teachers to perform their goals well with positive results their learners.
Additional benefit students can use the teacher as model to enhance their communication skills
which are important for their development and learning. However, poor communication skills
cause student comprehension levels to drop. It may also lead for lacking motivation for students,
hate school, and unable to achieve their goals which is affected consequences for the rest of their
lives.
