A centralized police system, the RTP is the primary law enforcement
agency in the country, with a long history going back to the time this
country was established.

The RTP is a militaristic style, service oriented police organization

with a ratio of 1 police officer for every 260 citizens. All of the
personnel in the RTP are uniformed police officers. The agency is
headed by the Director General.

RECRUITING, TRAINING
AND PROMOTION (RTP)
—refers to all the funds or income derived by the government,
wheather from tax or any other source while income, for tax
purposes, is employed in its "natural and obvious sense" to
mean money or gain received, coming to a person (natural or
juridical) during a given period of time.There are two (2) levels
of entry to the police service; a rank and file level and sub
inspector level.
