Leydi: Thank you, sure. I’m twenty-nine years old, I’m graduated in psychology and I have two
specialties in Organizational psychology.

Leydi: I’m seven years of experience in my area, I worked for national major companies, I was
responsible of recruiting staff.

Leydi: Personally, I really enjoy help people and I think the human brain is interesting, all event in
the life of a human define their personality and the way to see the reality

Leydi: It was in my first year of work, I made an important document very badly because of my lack
of experience. Many things were delayed by my mistake. Finally, my colleagues supported me, I
learned so much from them.

Leydi: The importance of companionship, without the help of my colleagues I didn’t solve the
problem.

Leydi: One of my future goals is be a university teacher because I want to leave a legacy in other
persons, I really try hard for it

Leydi: I have a question; what quality do you consider important for success?

Leydi: and one more, why did you decide to work for this company?
