Dear Sir,
Good day to you! I am ___NAME_____, a BSIT – 1 student in the CCS Department. We
would like to ask permission to borrow a projector and extension cord this Oct. 20,
2023 for our GED102 subject or Purposive Communication. We are going to have a
lecture presentation this incoming Friday at Room V106 on 10:30am to 12:00pm.
Unfortunately, V106 doesn’t have any television or projector ready to be used. We
would also really appreciate the gesture if you could provide any necessary accessories
like cables that are significant to make the projector function properly.
