DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is executed by and between:

CYBORG FRANKY (the “VENDOR”), of legal age, Filipino, widower, and resident of
House No. W7, Adam Wood Compound, Bancao-bancao, Puerto Princesa City,

-and-

MARIGOLD BOA (the “VENDEE”), of legal age, Filipino, single, and resident of GF
Kuja Tower, along Amazon Lily Highway, Panicuason, Naga City.

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the sum of One million forty pesos(₱1,000,045.00)
Philippine Currency, paid in full and in cash today to VENDOR by the VENDEE, the
VENDOR do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, in an absolute and irrevocable
manner, unto the VENDEE, her heirs, and assigns, the item particularly described as
follows:

Model: Coco Mark Stitch Vanity Patent Bag (1996)
Size: Heart
Materials: Quilted patent leather with leather lining and gold-tone hardware
Compartment: Two-way zip top closure; one main compartment with a single interior flat
pocket
Size: Measures approximately 23cm W x 23cm H x 7cm D; top handle with a
10cm drop
Inclusions: Original packaging, serial card, and care booklet

Further, the VENDOR warrants unto the VENDEE full title and ownership over the
subject property, free from all liens and encumbrances. This sale is on an as is where is
basis and the VENDOR shall not be responsible for any repairs needed for the handbag
to be in good condition.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this 11th
day of March 2024 at Santiago City, Isabela, Philippines.

parties identified through their respective competent evidences of identity written below
their names, known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument,
and they acknowledged to me that the same is their own free and voluntary act.

This instrument refers to a “Deed of Absolute Sale” consisting of two (2) pages
including this page where the acknowledgment is written and has been signed by the
parties, and instrumental witnesses on every page thereof.
