निवडणूक प्रक्रियेत मतदारांचा सक्रीय सहभाग असणे हेच प्रागतिक लोकशाहीचे महत्वाचे लक्षण आहे. त्या
अनुषंगानेच आगामी लोकसभा आणि राज्याच्या विधानसभा निवडणुकांमध्ये राज्याची मतदानाची टक्के वारी चांगली
असावी यासाठी मतदारांपर्यंत पोहचून त्यांचे प्रभावी पद्धतीने प्रबोधन करण्यासाठी आम्ही प्रयत्नशील आहोत. या
प्रयत्नांचा भाग म्हणूनच मतदानाचे महत्व अधोरे खीत करणारी घोषवाक्ये तसेच मुद्रीत माध्यमांसाठीच्या जाहीराती
तसेच दूरचित्रवाणी आणि समाजमाध्यमांवर प्रसारीत करता येतील अशा चित्रफीत स्वरुपातील जाहीरातींचा वापर
करण्याचा आमचा मानस आहे. अर्थात असे साहित्य नाविन्यपूर्ण आणि कल्पक असावे, त्याद्वारे दिले जाणारे संदेश
सहजसोप्या भाषेत मतदारांच्या मनाचा ठाव घेणारे असावे आणि पर्यायाने ते मतदारांना प्रत्यक्षात मताधिकार
बजावण्यास उद्युक्त करणारे असावे असे आम्हाला वाटते. स्पर्धेच्या माध्यमातून अशा वैविध्यपूर्ण साहित्याची
निर्मिती होऊ शके ल असे वाटत असल्यानेच आम्ही राज्यातील मास मिडीया आणि सर्वच प्रकारच्या सर्जनशील
कलांचे शिक्षण देणारी कलाशिक्षण महाविद्यालये आणि शैक्षणिक संस्थांमधील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी ‘अभिव्यक्ती
मताची’ ही स्पर्धा आयोजीत के ली आहे.

तर चला, या स्पर्धेत सहभागी व्हा आणि आपली निवडणूक प्रक्रिया आणि पर्यायाने आपली लोकशाही सक्षम
करण्याच्या प्रयत्नात आपले स्वतःचेही योगदान द्या!

पात्रता - महाराष्ट्रातील मास मीडिया आणि सर्वच प्रकारच्या सर्जनशील कलाशिक्षण महाविद्यालये आणि शैक्षणिक
संस्थांचे पदवी आणि पदव्युत्तर विद्यार्थी.
Eligibility - Undergraduate and Post Graduate students of Mass Media and
Art Colleges in Maharashtra (i.e., all type of Creative art Colleges and
Education Institution)

स्पर्धेचा कालावधी- १ ऑगस्ट २०२३ ते १५ सप्टेंबर २०२३

Period of the Competition- 1 August 2023 To 15 September 2023

नियम आणि अटी/ Rules and regulations -

या स्पर्धेसाठी के वळ वैयक्तिक अर्जच स्विकारले जातील.

Only individual entries will be accepted for this competition.
स्पर्धेसाठी गुगल फॉर्मच्या माध्यमातूनच अर्ज दाखल करावा. गुगुल फॉर्मचा स्वतंत्र दुवा खाली दिला आहे.
Application should be submitted through Google form only. Link of
google form is given below.

अर्जात नमूद के लेले तपशील (संबंधीत गूगल फॉर्म) पूर्ण भरलेले असावेत. अर्धवट राहिलेले अर्ज स्वीकारले
जाणार नाहीत.
The details mentioned in the Application form (Google Form) should be
duly filled. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
स्पर्धेसाठी एकापेक्षा अधिक मात्र जास्तीत जास्त तीन (३) कलाकृ ती पाठवता येईल.
More than one but a maximum of three (3) artworks/materials can be
sent for the competition.
घोषवाक्यात जास्तीत जास्त १५ शब्द असावेत.
Slogan should be of maximum 15 words.
स्पर्धेसाठी साहित्य पाठवताना, त्यात स्पर्धकाचे नाव, बोधचिन्ह (व्यक्ती, संस्था वा इतर कोणाचेही)
असणार नाही याची खबरदारी घ्यावी. अन्यथा असा अर्ज स्पर्धेतून बाद के ला जाईल.
When sending materials for competitions, be careful not to include the
name of the contestant (person), logo (person, organization or anyone
else). Otherwise, such entry will be disqualified from the competition.
अर्जासोबत विद्यार्थ्यांच्या ओळखपत्राची सॉफ्ट कॉपी देखील जोडावी.
Entry form shall be submitted along with soft copy of student’s ID Card.
आक्षेपार्ह, असभ्य तसेच अयोग्य भाषेचा वापर असलेले, राजकीय पक्ष किंवा धर्मांचे संदर्भ असलेले, किंवा
विशिष्ट संस्कृ ती किंवा समुदायांविरुद्ध वर्णद्वेषी आशय असलेले, तसेच खोटी माहिती वा संदर्भ असलेले अर्ज
आणि साहित्य स्पर्धेतून बाद के ले जाईल.
Applications and entries containing objectionable, indecent or
inappropriate language, references to political parties or religions, or
content that is hateful against specific cultures or communities, as well
as false information or references, will not be accepted.
आपण स्पर्धेसाठी पाठवणाऱ्या कलाकृ ती आपल्या स्वतःच्या असाव्यात, त्यामागची मूळ संकल्पना आपली
स्वतःची असावी, ते कोणाचेही चोरी के लेले नसावे.
The entries you submit should be your own and of original concept,
should not be stolen from anyone in any way.
स्पर्धेसाठी पाठवलेल्या कलाकृ तीमुळे भारतीय कॉपीराइट कायदा, १९५७ मधील कोणत्याही तरतुदीचे
उल्लंघन होणार नाही याची खबरदारी घ्यावी. अन्यथा संबंधीत अर्ज स्पर्धेतून बाद के ला जाईल.
The entries you submit should not violate any provision of the Indian
Copyright Act, 1957. Otherwise, the relevant application will be
disqualified from the competition.
या स्पर्धेअंतर्गत सादर के लेल्या प्रत्येक कलाकृ ती / साहित्याशी संबंधीत सर्व अधिकार हे मुख्य निवडणूक
अधिकारी कार्यालय, महाराष्ट्र यांच्याकडे राहतील. या कलाकृ ती / साहित्य जशाच्या तशा किंवा त्यात
आवश्यक ते संपादन वा बदल करून त्याचा कार्यालयाच्या कामाचे प्रचार साहित्य म्हणून वापर करण्याचा
अधिकारही मुख्य निवडणूक अधिकारी कार्यालय, महाराष्ट्र यांच्याकडे असेल.
All rights related to entries (literature etc.) submitted by you for this
competition will remain with the office of the Chief Electoral Officer of
the Maharashtra. The office will have the right to use this material as its
publicity material, in full, in part, or with modification or with edit.
स्पर्धेसाठी पाठवलेल्या साहित्याचे परीक्षण हे राज्याच्या मुख्य निवडणूक अधिकारी कार्यालाने नेमलेल्या
परिक्षकांद्वारे च के ले जाईल. त्यांनी दिलेला निकाल अंतिम असेल. त्याबाबत स्पर्धकांना कोणताही आक्षेप
घेता येणार नाही.
The examination of the entries submitted for the competition will be
done only by the jury appointed by the office of the Chief Electoral
Officer of the Maharashtra. Their decision will remain final. No
objection will be taken from the competitors in this regard.
स्पर्धेसाठी पाठवलेल्या साहित्याचा विजेत्या साहित्यामध्ये समावेश व्हावा यासाठी नियमबाह्य पद्धतीने प्रयत्न
के ले जात असल्याचे आढळले तर संबंधीत अर्ज स्पर्धेतून बाद के ला जाईल.
If any illegal attempt found to be made with intention to get entries
submitted in winning entries, then the relevant application will be
disqualified from the competition.
स्पर्धेसाठी सादर के लेला अर्ज आखून दिलेल्या नियमांनुसार नसतील तर असा अर्ज स्पर्धेतून बाद के ला
जाईल.
If the application submitted for the competition is not in accordance
with the rules prescribed, then such application will be disqualified
from the competition.
या स्पर्धेशी संबंधित कोणत्याही आक्षेपासंबंधीत मुद्यांवर निर्णय घेण्याचा संपूर्ण अधिकार राज्याच्या मुख्य
निवडणूक अधिकारी कार्यालयाकडे असेल. अशा परिस्थितीत कार्यालयाने घेतलेला निर्णय अंतिम असेल.
The office of the Chief Electoral Officer of the State will have full
 authority to decide on any objection raised about competition. In such a
situation, the decision taken by the office will be final.
कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर संपूर्ण स्पर्धा रद्द करण्याचा, तसेच स्पर्धेच्या नियमावलीत बदल करण्याचा संपूर्ण
अधिकार राज्याच्या मुख्य निवडणूक अधिकारी कार्यालयाकडे असेल.
The office of the Chief Electoral Officer of the State will have full
authority to cancel the competition as well as to make changes in the
rules of the competition.
