Project Assistant/Data Encoder
Scope of Work: Emergency, Livelihood, WASH, Health (Malaria and TB)
Project Locations: Delta Region, Northern Shan State
Assist the Project Manager and officer in daily project management tasks, including budgeting,
planning, supervising, monitoring, and coordinating activities to ensure results are in accordance with
Project Documents, and in compliance with donor and CESVI rules, procedures, and policies.
Assist the Project Officer in control of budget expenditures, for example by preparing payment
documents, compiling financial report data, drafting budget revisions, drafting procurement plans, etc.
To implement the field activities of projects e for the timely, efficient, and effective implementation
To submit project Work Plan, Activity Plan to line manager.
Ensure implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plans and phased budgets
To implement ground management activities and the project activities management in implementation.
To keep project related documents and information and send in time to line manager and MEAL
Assistant
To conduct End Line Survey, Assessment by the supporting of MEAL Team and line manager based on
project requirements.
Make rigorously maintain project documentation and ensure it is complete, up-to-date and in line with
all donor requirements.
To maintain proactive, positive, and professional relationships with other staffs and other key
stakeholders.

To conduct any other actions related to the project reporting
Prepare monthly program/project report on key activities, achievement and challenges issues and
required action points, and submit directly to his/her supervisor by following to the schedule.

Ensure that all activities are well documented, including case studies.

Logistic Assistant
Responsible for providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the
objectives of CESVI in Myanmar.
Support all steps of the procurement process of equipment and consumables for targeted project sites
Inform about the procurement process and options and improve staff capacity
Prepare bidding documents based on the donor standard or CESVI standard bidding document
appropriate to the contract type and procurement method
Ensure that the procurement process and options follow the Procurement Plan;
Compliance with CESVI administrative and management procedures and compliance with CESVI codes
Provide staff orientation and training in the procurement process and options;
Provide guidance in preparing list of specifications for all equipment and consumables proposed under
the project to ensure that only quality items will be procured through the competitive bidding
process
Provide training for the procurement committee in bid evaluation and award of contract;
Arrange for sound installation, commissioning, appropriate use and maintenance of equipment and
proper storage and use of supplies including through staff training
Contribute to quarterly and annual project progress reports including report on institutional and
community consultations, project activities, and results.
Offices provide good working conditions, reliable and efficient, means of transportation are
available and their use is anticipated and planned
Prepare timely and accurate procurement documents (Purchase Requisitions (PR), Requests for
Quotations (RFQ), Bid Analysis, Purchase Orders, and Goods Received (Notes)

Collaborate with the project management team to design and establish a comprehensive M&E
framework for community development programs in the delta area.
Develop clear and measurable indicators aligned with project goals and objectives.
Design data collection tools, templates, and processes to gather relevant information on project
activities and outcomes.
Conduct regular field visits to project sites and communities to collect quantitative and qualitative
data.
Coordinate with project staff and community members to ensure accurate and timely data collection
and entry.
Maintain an organized and secure database of collected data, ensuring confidentiality
and accuracy.
Analyze collected data using appropriate statistical tools and qualitative analysis methods.
Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, including findings, trends, and recommendations, on a regular
basis for project management, donors, and stakeholders.
Provide evidence-based insights to inform project adjustments and improvements.
Conduct training sessions for project staff, community members, and relevant stakeholders on M&E
concepts, tools, and data collection techniques.
Support and mentor local staff in M&E-related activities, fostering a culture of learning and
data- driven decision-making.
Collaborate with external evaluators, if required, to conduct impact assessments and evaluations of
community development initiatives.
Utilize evaluation findings to identify best practices and areas for program enhancement.
Facilitate learning events and workshops to share M&E findings and promote learning among project
stakeholders.
Contribute to knowledge management by documenting and disseminating successful practices and
lesson learned.
Ensure adherence to relevant monitoring and evaluation standards, policies, and guidelines.
Promote transparency and accountability by tracking project progress and outcomes against agreed-
upon targets.
Providing and servicing travel requirements (ticketing, hotel bookings, car rentals, other travel options,
trip planning and other necessary arrangements)
