I. On Tracking and Tracing Returning Overseas Filipinos, Locally Stranded Individuals and Others

a) No. of tracked and monitored Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs): 31

b) No. of tracked and monitored Local Stranded Individuals (LSIs): 320
c) Facilitated dispatch of transporters for the extraction of ROFs and LSIs from their pick-up
points to their Quarantine Facility Assignment.
d) Coordinated with other ROF/LSI Coordinators within the Region for the access and passage of
returning Catbaloganons.

II. Monitoring and Discharge of Quarantined/Isolated Individuals at the Various Facilities

In coordination with the City Health Office and upon their advice or instruction, monitored the
condition and facilitated the discharge of various individuals from the following Quarantine and
Isolation Facilities:

with the Bureau of Fire Protection:
