DETERMINATION OF ROOT CAUSE

1. Coldroom temperature does not reach -21 due to loading container time and defrost time.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

1. Notes will be made in the Data Logger Daily Temperature Records when loading and deforst time.

PREVENTIVE ACTION

1. Data Logger Tamperature Daily will be review from time to time.

1. Rusty scissor found hanging at electrical plug in arranging area
2. Rusty paper cutter was found at receiving area.
3. Rusty part found inside freezer No. 7
4. Unused and rusty conveyor found at processing area.

3. Broken scissor was not being replace
4. lack of monitoring and cleaning of internal freezer No. 7
5. Store area are fully occupied

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Plastic socket will be place at electrical plug
2. Rusty paper cutter being thrown away and replace by scissor.
3. Internal Freezer No. 7 will be clean thoroughly
4. Unused conveyor will be move out from processing area.

PREVENTIVE ACTION
1. Inform workers aware of electrical plug, replace plastic socket once found broken.
2. Replace broken scissor immediately once found broken.
3. Monitor frequently on freezer No. 7
4. Any unused machine will be advise to move out from processing area to warehouse.
