NOTICE

The First meeting of the Board of Study (BOs) is scheduled to be held on 06 July 2023,
Thursday at 2.00 PM in the Conference Hall of the Eklavya University.

All the Members are requested to attend.

The agenda of the meeting shall be as under: -

Agenda-1 To provide to the Board of Studies a list of several courses to be launched in

the academic year 2023-24.
Agenda-2 To discuss and propose the scheme and syllabus for Bachelor of Pharmacy
(B.Pharm.) and Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.) from first to final year in
accordance with Pharmacy Council and recommended by Departmental
Council.
Agenda-3 To approve subject codes prepared by Departmental Council as per the
pattern established by the Academic Council of the University.
Agenda-4 Programme Outcomes (POs), Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs) and Course
Outcomes (COs) of the courses B.Pharm. and D.Pharm. recommended by
Departmental Council are to be proposed for approval.
Agenda-5 To discuss the teaching methodology, preparation of lesson plan and other
academic activities along with assignments.
Agenda-6 To discuss the marking scheme of internal and external evaluations.
Agenda-7 To discuss and propose the question paper pattern, recommended by
departmental council (B. Pharm. and D. Pharm.) mapped as per COs.
Agenda-8 To discuss and propose a list of experts prepared by Departmental Council for
consideration of the Academic Council as provided in the Statutes.
Agenda-9 Any other appropriate agenda with the permission of the Chair.
