and the ventilation subrack
12 PE busbar -
19 GND terminals -
Note:
The total power of the communications equipment installed inside the ZXDU58 W121
cabinet can not exceed the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger. Failure to comply
can result in the equipment fault caused by high temperature.
2-4
For the internal structure of the power input/output distribution part, see Figure 2-4.
2-5
Rectiier Appearance
For the appearance of a ZXD1500 (V4.0) rectiier, see Figure 2-5.
2-6
Indicators
The indicators of the rectiier indicate the current operational status of the rectiier. For the
layout of the rectiier indicators, see Figure 2-6. For a description of the rectiier indicators,
refer to Table 2-4.
CL Lit (yellow) Output current of the rectiier has reached its limit.
(Current limit)
Note:
When the rectiier is in sleep mode, only the IN indicator is lit.
2-7
27 AC input N Neutral
28 AC input L Live
Functions
l Collects the operational data and monitors the operation of the system.
l Provides alarm and necessary protection if the system is operating abnormally.
l Sends data to the background Supervision Center (SC) and receives the commands
from the SC. In this way, the system can be monitored remotely.
Structure
For the CSU structure, see Figure 2-8.
2-8
Indicators
The indicators indicate the current operational status of the CSU. For a description of the
CSU indicators, refer to Table 2-6.
Buttons
l The reset button is used to restart the CSU.
l Users can perform querying and setting operations through the buttons laid on the
front panel of the CSU.
For the function description of the buttons, refer to Table 2-7.
2-9
Interface Description
X14 Input relays 1, 2, 3, 4 l Input relays 1 and 2: Reserved for the heat exchanger
and thermoelectric cooler.
l Input relays 3 and 4: Can be customized by the user
for alarm input.
2-10
Interface Description
X23 Flood alarm The interfaces X23 to X26 can not be used because they
are replaced by the interfaces with the same functions on
X24 Smoke alarm
EMB board.
X25 Ambient temperature
2-11
Note:
l The output relays 1 to 8 correspond to the alarm codes A6 to A13 in the CSU software.
Each output relay consists of one NC interface and one NO interface.
l For the default output relays for the alarms, refer to the Alarm List section. Users can
customize these relays for alarm output.
l The input interface X17 is reserved to be connected to the EMB board of the ZXDU58
W121 system.
Interface Description
2-12
Interface Description
X12 Input relay 1, 2, 3, 4 The interface X12 can not be used because it is replaced by
the interface with the same function on SIB.

Item Description
Surge current In rated input, the starting surge current should not
be more than 150% of the input current peak in the
rated working status.
(The peak current caused by EMI capacitance is
not considered.)

≤ 80 V The post-DC/DC conversion circuit and the pre-PFC circuit stop working.
≥ 300 V The post-DC/DC conversion circuit and the pre-PFC circuit stop working.
3-3
l When the PFC output voltage > 440 VDC, the post-DC/DC conversion circuit and the
pre-PFC circuit stop working.
l When the PFC output voltage < 340 VDC, the post-DC/DC conversion circuit stops
working.
The PFC output over/under-voltage protection is implemented through hardware. The
precision of the voltage is ±10 V and the hysteresis width is (15 ± 10) V.
3-4
l When the temperature exceeds the temperature protection threshold, the post-DC/DC
conversion circuit stops working.
l When the temperature is below the temperature protection threshold, the post-DC/DC
conversion circuit starts to work.
