When I think of my years of study, in my high school in the municipality
of Turbo Antioquia, I remember with love and pleasure my classmates,
who I shared numerous experiences, I always remember my Spanish
teacher. When she entered the classroom, we always all got up and said
"good morning" after that the prayer was performed and we sat down,
her classes were dynamic and entertaining, she learned a lot, the most
important thing of that time. It was to carry out literary analyses of the
works of the great writers, also to practice reading with stories and
animated fables. I remember that pronunciation and intonation when
reading was fundamental to the teacher's evaluation criteria. During this
activity we worked in a group of five students, I used to meet with the
most dynamic classmates in the class. I used to look forward to Spanish
classes; I loved literature classes. Now I appreciate I remember every
moment that I spend learning and I thank you for that.

“A Green Journey”
According to the text, answer the following questions.
 Why does Lisa believe that education is essential for making a change
towards sustainability? Explain it.
Lisa believes that environmental education determines the importance of ecosystem
resources and also raises awareness in new generations about the environment.
 Have you ever been a backpacker? How this traveling style contribute
to take care the environment in your region? Mention 3 contributions.
I have not been a backpacker; the backpacker's lifestyle contributes to
improving the carbon footprint generated by cars. I practice and participate in
environmental preservation activities. Activities such as: Tree-seeding,
Environmental learning talks and days without the use of the car.
 What kind of changes have you adopted at home to have a greener
future? Describe 2 of them.
I collect, order and classic of the waste that is generated at home, I change
the old appliances for new ones that save energy and turn off the bulbs before
leaving.
