Before the event could happen place. Our
instructor divided us into teams, and I was one of
the task leaders. As a leader, I should take
responsibility and lead my team in the best way
possible.
My first option is pass the message game. It
illustrates the importance of a well-delivered
message or smooth communication flow that can
benefit all parties engaged.
The message has been
approved since it was passed.
Duties and responsibilities have
been passed from me to my
members. Everyone is listening,
which is the goal of our games:
to keep the loudness low and
listen attentively.

Instruction may be given
clearly and precise.
 It was enjoyable, they learned
from it, and they participated
despite the fact that something
unexpected occurred. It wasn't
perfect, but we made it. It's also
my error because the leader
needs to arrive as soon as
possible. But challenges were
everywhere, and I also had
responsibilities.
The issue is that we all have
trouble managing our time.
During execution,
communication got careless.
Perhaps because it is the first
game and everyone is adjusting
the situation, someone feels
nervous, unprepared, and
embarrassed to do something in
front of the entire crowd.
In truth, all requires practicality,
which must be forecasted before
and after the event, as well as led
into the moment so that
members are not placed in
inappropriate situations.
Strategies must be embraced
well, and you should never make
decisions on your own; instead,
listen to and include everyone
who is relevant to the process.
