➔ I am Chaitynakumar makwana and I am


assistant manager at driving school. My
personality type is architect.
➔ I choose this role, because I am creative
person and this position allow me to
experiment to try new thing and explore
more area to expand our business.
Challenges
•Initially, I started working about my responsibilities.
•I faced many problems finding resources.
•I find difficulties is finding job requirement for instructor.
•Anther hard thing for me was to plan budget.
•Documentation storage as well choosing building office.
•Marketing strategy and contact channel for customer.
Work plan
•Regarding problems in finding resources, I got help from Harsh. Moreover, I searched online.
•For job posting, I got help from Jobin. Then, I posted on different job portals. Also, Jobin helped me in choosing right
candidate for instructor.
•To plan budget, I created basic plan and discussed with Harsh. Final budget plan I have shared with every team member.
•As our budget was low. So, we decided that our new space will be out garage for initial month, and we will use our own
laptop to create and store documents.
•Lastly, I created social media accounts to reach out customer as well as customer contact channel was messenger app
from various social media application. In addition, I decided to do email marketing as well.

•In conclusion, to achieve this goad we decided one common goal. Marketing, budget planning
and in administration work was given to me. I worked hard to complete my task as well as my

➔ As someone with a Protagonist personality, I thrive in roles where I
can lead, organize, and make a positive impact. Inventory
management is a great fit for me because it allows me to use my
natural people skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and
team members. My empathetic nature helps me understand the
needs of others, leading to efficient problem-solving. I’m also
naturally organized, which is essential for managing inventory
effectively. Plus, my persuasive skills are perfect for negotiating
better deals and maintaining positive vendor relationships. In this
