Taj Mahal in India is one of the world’s most famous and beautiful buildings. It is one
of the Seven Wonders of the World. The name Taj Mahal means "Crown Palace". It is
actually the tomb of the princess Mumtaz Mahal, who was the wife of the ruler Shah Jahan.
She died during the birth of their fourteenth child. The emperor was so unhappy by the
death of his wife that he built the Taj Mahal for her. Work began in 1631 and was
completed in 1648.
Over twenty thousand workmen from all over India were working to build it. The
dome ‫ قبة‬of the building is made of white marble ‫الرخام‬. It is more than 70 meters high. There
are gardens and pools around it. Every year, millions of visitors from all over the world go

‫إذا لم يوجد في الجملة فعل مساعد أو ناقص فإننا نستخدم ‪ do‬أو ‪ does‬أو ‪ did‬علي حسب زمن الجملة كما‬
‫يلي‪:‬‬
‫‪ ‬إذا كان فعل الجملة مضارع بسيط غير منتهي بـ ‪ s‬نستخدم ‪.do‬‬
‫‪ ‬إذا كان فعل الجملة مضارع بسيط منتهي بـ ‪ s‬نستخدم ‪ does‬ويعود الفعل لمصدره‪.‬‬

Egypt has a lot of natural wonders. People should visit them.
The most famous natural wonders are the White Desert National
Park, Al Nayzak Lake, Gebel Elba and the Kharga Oasis. The White
Desert National Park is an amazing place. It contains five oases, with
rocks that the wind has made into strange shapes. The second
wonder is Al Nayzak Lake. It is called the Shooting Star by locals. It
has the shape of an eye. It is one of the best places to dive and swim.
The third wonder is Gebel Elba. It is usually green and home to many
animals and birds. The fourth wonder is the Kharga Oasis. It is
visited by many tourists every year. Hundreds of date palm trees are
grown there. To sum up, Egypt has a lot of natural wonders which
cannot be seen in other places all over the world. That’s why we
should protect them.

In the cities of Cairo, Giza and Fayoum, there is a project that is
teaching people about climate change and how to help the
environment by recycling rubbish. Over 400 women volunteers visit
houses in these cities every week. The volunteers ask people to put
their rubbish into three different bins: for plastic, paper, and metal.
When the volunteers come back a week later, they pay the families
money for the rubbish they have collected. Then they take away the
rubbish for recycling. To sum up, we should start recycling because
it is a good way to help our planet. We should recycle paper, plastic,
water and other things.
