IDENTIFICATION OF CLEANING EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND CHEMICALS

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the learners should be able to:

1. Identify cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals of bartending;


2. Differentiate cleaning from sanitizing; and
3. Give the importance of cleaning equipment; tools and chemical.

A. Content Standard
The learner demonstrate and understanding of concepts and underlying principles in cleaning
bar areas.

B. Performance Standard
The learner independently performs cleaning bar areas base on industry standard.
