**Computer Systems Manager**

**Job Overview:**
The Computer Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's
computer systems and ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance.
They will lead a team of IT professionals in designing, implementing, and
maintaining computer systems to support business operations.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the installation,
configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
2. Manage and support server infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems,
and virtualization technologies.
3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted
operation.
4. Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and
other threats.
5. Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations, minimizing disruption to
business processes.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their IT-related
concerns and issues.
7. Collaborate with other departments to assess their IT needs and recommend
appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

technologies.
