1. Introduction
This Design note explains design of slabs at First floor level +3.65m level
Slabs are analaysed for Loads as mentioned in DBR. The Coefficients required for the Moments in
the slab are obtained from IS:456-2000. Design of slab is based on the limit state method as per IS:
456 – 2000.
3. Materials used
In the design, The Grade of concrete is M30 conforming to IS:456-2000
Grade of Reinforcement Steel Shall be Fe500 conforming to IS: 1786-2008
The clear cover adopted is 25 mm.
