I'm Gabryel, a 29-year-old Brazilian who has carried out several projects to improve my
professional and personal life. I have worked for over 5 years now with a non-profit
NGO called “Animais tem Voz”, where the rescued animals are provided and assisted
with food, shelter, vaccines, grooming, and health control. Furthermore, I am still
managing their social media account to raise funds for the organization.
I’m a marketing professional with nine years of experience in the field. I'm holds a
degree in Marketing and has expertise in digital marketing, particularly in areas such as
data analysis (KPIs), e-commerce marketing including platforms like Amazon, and the
utilization of CRM and ERP tools, skilled in developing and executing campaigns,
creating compelling content, and managing social media platforms.

In 2020 I worked in the healthcare sector as a Marketing Coordinator, where I led a

team of 10 employees for more than 2 years. I planned a strategy and distributed tasks
by their roles in the project and analyzed the team’s performance in the “TRELLO” tool.
Additionally, the work environment was improved by conducting individual interviews
and group meetings to address daily challenges.
Recently, in 2022-23 I worked for a construction company as a Marketing Analyst,
where I organized events and launched products for “Construtora Sega”, carried out
paid campaigns, and analyzed results using Google Analytics & Ads, and Meta.
I have managed in Social Media more than 10 accounts simultaneously with the help of
Meta Business. I created engaging content (feeds, stories, reels) using (Canva,
Photoshop, and video editors such as Premiere) to maintain and improve the
interaction with social networks, kept the page highlighted, and responded promptly to
messages from followers and the public in general. I planned creative strategies and
editorial calendars for each account, including the largest, with 2 million followers
(@iarakilaris). It was always a challenge to maintain the structure and engagement of
this page, but the teamwork and strategies implemented in this project worked
successfully.
Throughout my career as a Market Analyst, I have managed to strengthen and improve
many of my skills both at work and in my personal life, being flexible, communicative,
and assertive with my work team, effectively managing my time in daily activities and
tasks. , thus allowing me to perform multiple tasks under pressure. I am a hard worker,
proactive and reliable willing to work individually or as part of a team, working in a
harmonious and pleasant work environment where respect and communication work
together are part of my premises for work.
