PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
CONGRATULATIONS FOR PASSING YOUR FINAL INTERVIEW!
For the next part of your application, you need to accomplish the following:
1. MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Details on the clinic’s location and process to be done are on the Endorsement Letter provided to you and
must be presented to the assigned clinic. Pre-employment medical expenses are shouldered by Dunbrae
Subic, Inc. You are expected to do the medical examination within 24hours after you received your check-
list. Results of the preemployment exam must be submitted to the Human Resource Team as proof that you
are done with the medical exams.
2. NBI CLEARANCE
For the NBI Clearance, you may visit the website below to schedule an appointment: www.nbi-clear-
ance.com/. You may also go directly to NBI Office or Satellite Offices for your application.
3. SBMA ID
Please prioritize your NBI Clearance so we can process your SBMA Gate pass (request to enter SBMA)
4. DOCUMENTS
Other documents required for your pre-employment are listed on the succeeding page. Please ensure
complete submission on or before your start date.
Complete all the documents required and submit them to Dunbrae Subic, Inc. Human Resource Team and look
for Ms. Ana Glecie Alvarez.
Please do NOT submit FAKE documents, as this act is considered as FRAUD which will NEGATIVELY affect
your employment. All documents submitted are subject for validation.
