TELL ME ABOUT YOUR SELF?

Good morning, I’m Klever Fidel Alvarez Ruiz, I am an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer,
I’m graduated from ESPE in Latacunga city, I am passionate about electronics and control, with
the aspiration to join (company) since it is a successful multinational, I want to collaborate
efficiently and positively according to the challenges for me, I want to grow personally and
professionally by giving the best of myself.

TELL ME ABOUT ANY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE?

Of course, I’m work in a food company, the company is called Nova foods. It is a company that
exports frozen food to different countries. I am supervisor of the packaging area, I have to
control that the final product goes in good conditions. So I’m manage of the all packing área, if
any machine is damaged during the process, I will take care of fixing it. I’m this company use
Variable frequency drive for control engines and programming PLC.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY LEARNING?

I’m currently learning English since December last year, because I want to expanding my
knowledge to have more opportunities in my field of work and I continue developing my
profession. I’m better to listeninf and Reading comprenhension, maybe to speaking, but I’m
put more interest for learning English.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?

One of my strengths is that I like to work in a team, to know how to listen and also to give my
opinions for the benefit of the task. Additionally, I like to work with responsibility,
transparency and be ethical in the procedures. I am also cautious in the handling and care of
tools as they can be a cost to both the company and myself.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE?

My strong passion for Learning English, because I can interact with other people around the world, I can
communicate and understand about new technologies that aplicate in the petroleum enviroment. I have a
course about Surmegible Elctro Pumping. I’m have a basic knowledge about this topic and I can support
to repair a electronics cards or control VSD to improve production.

Why should we hire you?

I’m know that the Baker's line of business is the electro submersible pumping or BES.
which uses variable frequency drives which is an area that I am very identified, because I am an
electronics engineer and I know that in a VSD we can find electronic cards, electronic components and
communication modules. I want to contribute my knowledge to the company and created a new projects
about renewable energy.

What time management strategies do you use?

In my currently job, I manage to 31 people in my área, I distribute for task and taking notes in the
registers their performance about the day.

Why did you leave your last job?

Becuase I search more opportunities about my professional career, I want to grow
profesionally, personally and improve my skills.
Do you have any questions for me?

Yes, I want to know How can the company manage the electronics products when it's a
damage ? The company replace or repair the device.

What are you Weaknesses?

I think that my weakness is when I search the perfection in any task, I like to work to presure but
I always involucrate until the process end.

What do you want to work at this company?

Because I'm fan to this company, I know how to work, I know the vision for grow the company
and repet It's a important multinational dedicate to extract the pretroleum to the surface
through industrial technology.
