Good day I will present to you our project resort named SERENE.

serene means calm, peaceful and unbothered. where it can be

compared to the goal of the resort we created, the resort where
you can rest peacefully without disturbance. another definition of
serene is an expanse of clear sky or calm sea that can also be seen
and experienced within the resort.

Design Concept The inspiration for the project comes from a fingerprint.
In context, a fingerprint is an impression left by a human finger. The
design of the project reflects the uniqueness of a person and its
ownership, alongside its architectural style which is resort, tropical, and
neo-futurism. For detailing, ultra-geometric is used for the complexity of
the design.

The Project is to create a resort that can maximize the view of the
island, relaxing, and can have both places for public and private
use, we provided the target market a rooms, pools, spa,
restaurants and many more
. Hotels are frequently subsets of people who are most likely to be
interested in and services. Business travellers,Families, Couples,
Millennials, tour groups, small conference groups and individual
tourists are some examples of target customers of the hotel.
