ECO RESORT

INTRODUCTION
Resort is a place where accommodation, reorientation are involved and
most important for enjoyment which drives the mind of a visitor with
its diversified activities. The resort have a physical as well as
physiological impact on the minds of the people .Traffic development and
industrialization had lead to the urbanization which has stolen the mental
peace of the human mind which created resort for the peace.

 An eco resort not only offers eco-friendly sightseeing, but the

accommodation, transport and cooking methods are also eco-
friendly.

 An eco resort protects the environment, benefits local communities,

and helps guests learn about the local surroundings.

AIM
 To design a eco resort for peaceful mind and study about energy
efficient design.

 Study about the materials and technology regarding the sustainability

in design.

OBJECTIVES

 Provide a recreational environment for the resort through varieties of

facilities and functions.

 Respond to climatic and energy consumption issues raised by

present day architecture through eco-sensitive design.

 Eco resorts offer their guests the opportunity of experiencing nature

close up.

 Provide a space for official meetings and seminars in natural

surrounding.

 The resort will create the economic opportunities to the site

neighbourhood. And the local and national economy will boost.
SCOPE

From this eco resort I will create a microclimate within a resort so that
people will relax in that environment and have a peaceful mind. If any
person want to relax for one day he/she will go country side to relax.

Location- it is situated on National Highway No. 58 (Delhi - Haridwar -
Mana adjacent to alaknada hotel and chandi ghat chowk.
