CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED AND INTERVENTION PROGRAM OF TVL-
SHS TEACHERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGUMBAYAN. Bachelor of

The study was conducted at four Senior High School that offered the Technical

Vocational Livelihood track namely, Datu Matilondo Galmak National High School,

Kapaya National High School, Bagumbayan National High School and Busok National

High School in the Municipality of Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat on October 23, 2023.

This study is to determine the challenges encountered and intervention program by the

TVL- SHS teachers. The treatment used in the study was analyzing the data particularly

frequency counts and mean.

Based on the result of the study, it is concluded that results disclosed TVL-SHS

teachers in the Municipality of Bagumbayan Sultan Kudarat experienced challenges in

teaching TVL track. In addition, respondents admitted that they strived to address these

problems in order to provide a quality education to these students. In fact, respondents

were hands- on to address these problems, as well as very lenient to their students so

that they will be motivated to finished their studies.
