high ceiling space, some concrete walls will be left
natural in combination with timber and brick.
Board formed concrete replaces the distressed
grey wood of the checkpoint pods.

day in ambient and refrigerated display cases.

Some retail will be offered as well.

Casual residential cafe on arrival where

welcome drinks are served. Coffee and pastries
throughout the day with a small retail offer
baked freshly. Lounge seating for 30 overlaps
with the Lobby.
High ceiling space with base architecture
flowing on from the lobby, aged timber and soft
textures at the lower level.

Casual, laid back and relaxing with a lighter colour Relaxing Squared
palette and overlay of biophilic design elements.
Investigate opening up internal facade to more views
to green. Timber decking blurring the line between
indoor and outdoor in a tropical setting.
Ripples is open from early morning for early risers
Lighter / Timber / Casual / Tropical until the evening. The team is trained to create
refreshing and fruity beverages to sip by the pool
and relax.

As a key component, the bar acts as a centerpiece

and supplies beverage offerings from iced coffee,
tea & juices in the morning to craft beer, light
wines and classic pre-batched cocktails in the
evening.
