Recruitment Email

Dear [intended participant/s],

I am emailing you to invite you to be part of my research project about "Women’s Leadership
and Motherhood in Higher Education: A Case Study of Women Administrators in a Regional
University in East Kazakhstan. The purpose of the research is to illuminate the experiences of
women administrators who combine the dual roles of administrator and mother. Your experience
and insights would be invaluable to the study.

If you participate in my project, you will be asked to answer 10 open-ended interview questions.
It will take you approximately 30-45 minutes to participate in the research. It can be longer if
you are willing to share more. The interview will be conducted online or in person, depending on
your preference.

Enclosed with this email is the informed consent form that provides more details about the study
and outlines the ethical considerations involved, including the measures to protect your identity
and the data security. If you are interested in participating, please review and sign the consent
form, and return it to me via email.
