I hope this email finds you well. My name is Huma Khalid live in Lahore, Pakistan. I had
completed my Master of Philosophy in Education (M.Phil. in Education) with an area of
Specialization Educational Administration with CGPA 3.74/4.00 from the University of the
Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. I have also presented a paper at an International Conference on
Research in Education (ICORE), the title “A study of the relationship of physical workplace
design factors and teachers’ performance at secondary level in Lahore, Pakistan” also I
have publications in educational journals. My master’s final year project was titled “Impact of
workplace design on teachers’ performance at the secondary level in Lahore, Pakistan” in
which I saw the impact of physical and psychosocial factors on teachers as well as on students’
performance.
But during my masters’ research I noticed many issues related to students’ education. Especially,
in Pakistan teachers teach the students in traditional methods without considering their special
needs. Many students suffer from numerous psychological problems. That’s the reason, now I
want to do research on students’ problems in their educational journey. I hope my research work
will be beneficial for future education.
When I saw your profile, it looked similar to my present research interest. That is why; I have
designed a research proposal according to your research field. I am a multitasking person and can
work into different fields easily. For checking my capability and knowledge, you can give me
any task. I’ll be happy to do work for you because it helps me in enhancing my skills and
knowledge in the education field.
I have seen your profile and research area which is quite interesting and similar to my previous
