CONCLUSION
.
The SIWES training program has been a transformative process for
me. It has helped to broaden my knowledge in my field of study, giving
me the opportunity to correlate the relationship between the theoretical
and practical aspects of my study. The program has enhanced my
understanding, sharpened my technical skills and provided valuable
practical exposure.
RECOMMENDATION

❖ Improved placement process: There is a need to establish a

platform that facilitates easier and faster placements for students.
This would address the issue of students experiencing delay in
securing placements.

❖ Logistical challenges: Lack of proper accommodation and

security concerns may deter students from participating actively in
certain placements.

❖ Financial support: Accessible funding options should be made

available to financially impaired students, enabling them to fully
engage in the program without financial burdens limiting their
involvement
