A month ago I had the idea what would happen if I don't use my laptop for a week?

The laptop allows me to do a lot of things and is easy to carry with it, I can work
from anywhere, have meetings and more, so I thought it would be interesting to
experience spending a full week without it.

I started on Sunday. I check the news on my smartphone, chat with my friends like
I normally do, then I put the phone aside and started doing things that I avoided
because I was using the laptop, just a quiet day.

The days continued and I had classes, I needed the laptop, so I started to regret
having started with this idea, but I decided to use my smartphone. Predictably it
was uncomfortable to see a small screen for hours and exhausting but I could do it.
At night not being able to watch your series with your laptop lying on your bed was
a bit annoying.

It was a unique experience. I had more time for myself. I realized that using
technology absorbs a lot of my time and I plan to organize myself better to feel that
I take advantage of every hour.
