· Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/ their
representative travel agent or tour operator at our Office only.
· Rates are valid for both Indian & Foreign Nationals.
· Check Out Timing- 1100 Hrs.
. Check In Timing- 1400 Hrs.
If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
· One child under 5 years stays free of charge using the existing beds.
. The maximum number of extra bed permitted in a room is - 1.
· The Cancellation policy may vary according to the rate plan booked

Cancellation Policy

· Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund However following deductions would
be levied:
· 15 Days to 20 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost
· 20 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 25% of the total package cost
· 30 Days & More - No Deductions would be levied

Refund Policy

In case of refund, 2% cancellation charges would be levied

· Since the rates and availability of our rooms are dynamic in nature, they are subject to change
without prior intimation
· Taxes as per notification from the government
· In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, the hotel would be
arranging alternative/ similar accommodation
· All jurisdictions are subject to the District of Uttarkashi/Dehradun only
· Confirmation is subject to force majeure clause
