8. For cardio- is also knows as aerobic exercise. Walking, running, swimming, bicycling and dancing
are all cardio exercises and most of the team sports are also included.
9. Choose exercise that you like, but also make sure you are physically able to do them. For
instance, you might need a lower impact exercise like brisk walking, cycling or swimming.
10. Start slowly. Ease your way into the routine until you have more endurance.
