Sub: Requisition of fund to organize National Level Conference -Reg.

We, the department of Computer Science and Engineering are planning to organize one
day National Level workshop in the last week of February 2015. We require contribution from
management a minimum of Rs.30, 000 in advance for carry out the ground works. Herewith we
have attached the approximate expenditure and expected income details for your consideration.
