Job duties include but aren't limited to:

 Lead, mentor, and manage the offshore SAP team, ensuring optimal performance, collaboration,
and continuous development.
 Oversee the successful execution of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within
scope, and budget.
 Act as the primary point of contact for onshore teams, stakeholders, and clients, providing
regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
 Assign appropriate resources to projects, manage work schedules, and ensure the availability of
required infrastructure for the SAP team.
 Implement and oversee quality control measures, ensuring all SAP deliverables meet the
required standards and business expectations.
 Proactively identify potential risks in projects and offshore operations and devise strategies for
mitigation.
 Ensure that the team stays updated with the latest SAP tools, modules, and best practices
through continuous learning and training sessions.
 Monitor and control the budget for offshore SAP operations, optimizing costs without
compromising quality.
 Continually assess and refine processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the productivity
and efficiency of the offshore SAP team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business

Administration, or related fields.
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
 Prior experience in managing offshore teams or working in an offshore-onshore model is a must.
 A deep understanding of SAP modules, tools, and best practices.
 Strong project management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Experience in cross-cultural and remote team management.
