Air compressor check list--

1. Take service readings (air, oil, water, temperature, and pressure)


2. Check for air, water, and oil leakages
3. Check the air intake chamber
4. Check all the various filters and filter elements
5. Check and adjust the various valves and switches
6. Check bolt and coupling connections as well as rubber inserts
7. Check the condition of all the fans, air paths, motors, and drive gears
8. Clean cooling system and check if it functions correctly
9. Check all the oil elements and change the oil
10. Check for the presence of water in the oil
11. Check for loose wiring and connections
