from Universitas Sumatera Utara where I am pursuing a degree in Psychology. From
my academic field, I gain knowledge that I’m supposed to bring myself to work on
something I love.

In my previous experience, I became an intern training staff and conducting

empowerment training by the Social Psychology Department of the University of
North Sumatra and Dinas Sosial Kota Medan to increase optimism through social
support to the members of the "Keluarga Harapan" in Rengas Pulau, Medan Marelan.
In this training, I managed to do a (TNA) Training Need Analysis and guide more
than 8 families to join and attend each weekly session to strengthen and ensure the
success of the training through measuring tools that I have developed together with
other team members. The goal is that the members of "Keluarga Harapan" can be
empowered financially when their membership period is over.

I am familiar with human resources management, psychological assessments, and

conducting interviews. I have excellent time management, organization, and a keen
eye for detail. I always work very hard to ensure that every task is completed to the
highest quality and on time. I am offering the ability to use Microsoft Office, Google
Suite, IBM SPSS, and important design software such as Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. I feel that I would be a great fit for your company and
