and hoping that this assignment will be help me to development my
approaches against subject
1. Project Overview:
I. The project aims to establish a strong web and social media presence for the
company's upcoming mobile app launch.
II. The primary objectives include creating a database of prospective customers,
setting up a functional sales funnel, and increasing sales volume by 10%
within one month.
III. The project budget is set at 60,000 PKR.
2. Project Timeline:

ii. Duration: 1 month (20 working days)

4. Project Scope:
i. Create a blog-based website with engaging content to attract potential
customers (Vendor A).
ii. Development social media blog at LinkedIn giveaways, a YouTube channel,
contests, a Facebook page, and groups (Vendor B).
iii. Utilize existing web and digital marketing content from the company.
iv. Collaborate with Finance and HR departments for project support functions.
v. Ensure timely delivery of services by vendors.
5. Critical Success Criteria:
i. Establish web and social media presence.
ii. Build a database of at least 200 prospective customers.
iii. Develop a functional sales funnel to increase sales volume by 10%.
iv. Complete the project within 1 month (20 Working days).
6. Project Management Approach:
i. Regular communication and coordination among stakeholders.
ii. Adherence to project timeline and budget.
iii. Authorization for any major changes by Manager Operations.
iv. Liaison between Operations Manager, Vendors, and project performing team.
7. Risk Management:
i. Identify potential risks such as vendor delays, technical issues, or budget
constraints.
ii. Mitigate risks through proactive planning and communication.
iii. Seek approval from Manager Operations for any necessary adjustments to
project scope, time, or cost.

8. Budget Allocation:
i. Allocate funds as per the agreed budget of 60,000 PKR.
ii. Monitor expenses closely to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
9. Quality Assurance:
i. Ensure the quality of website design, content, and social media assets.
ii. Regularly review and optimize marketing strategies for maximum
effectiveness.
10. Project Closure:
i. Evaluate project outcomes against established success criteria.
ii. Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference.
iii. Close project activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
By following Business Requirements and provided scope, the digital marketing campaign
project will be executed effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired objectives within
the specified timeframe and budget.

.Q2: If Client ask for change in website design, and ask to change the deadline as well as
reporting to manager marketing as well will be the responsibility of a PM. Which
Requirement documentation needs revision and why?
Answer:
a. Project charter will be revised
b. As after client requested reporting manager is changed and now PM is Manager Marketing so
project charter will be changed
c. Scope management Plan will be change
d. WBS and WBS dictionary will changed
As Scope is changed and also project manager is changed
e. Project documents like Assumption log & Agreements will also be changed or revised as per new
revised Scope by client.
f. Project Scope Statement will be updated as per new Scope changes.

A. Project Objectives.

Answer:
The main objective is to create a marketing leads database along Development of
strong web and social media blog and after that based on data base, setting up a
functional sales funnel to increase sales volume by 10%.

B. High level Requirements


Answer:
These requirements provide a framework for the project's scope and serve as a basis
for detailed planning and execution.

a. Designing & launching a blog-based website and social media content to engage
viewers to increase sale
b. Creating a database system for managing prospective customer information

C.Constraints
Answer:
This project constraints are below
i. Budget is constraint as budget is 60K which is given
ii. Time is 2nd constraint as only one month (20 working days)
iii. The availability of resources, including human resources, tools, and equipment,
may be limited
iv. Vendor is also constraint as one Part of project is with Vendor A and other is
with Vendor B.
