Hello, everybody! How are you? Today, I will show you how to prepare a
delicious “Causa de atún” It is from the coast of Peru.

These are the ingredients.

Potatoes – Onions – Salt – Tuna – Yellow chili – mayonnaise – lemons

Are you ready? So, let´s cook our delicious “Causa de atún”

First, cut the lemons, onions and yellow chili. Second, boil the potatoes. Then
smash the potatoes with the smasher potato. Third, blend the yellow chili with
oil. Then squeeze the lemons with the squeezer and add to the mashed
potatoes and yellow chili. Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and onions and add
salt. Layer the dough of potato and mixture of tuna. Finally, serve and enjoy it.
