CHECKLIST
Before applying, make sure you have all the documents required in this checklist. Remember that in order
for your applica�on to be eligible for the Brazil PAEC OAS-GCUB Scholarships Program, you must a�ach
each of the following documents (they may be submi�ed in English, Spanish, Portuguese or French) and
follow the process established in the Announcement.

3 Academic Transcripts (Official copy of academic record issued by your university)


Applicants to master’s and/or doctorate: all completed courses during undergraduate studies.

4 Diploma*
Applicants to a master’s and/or doctorate: diploma of the bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent)

*If you do not hold the diploma, you may attach a certificate of completion issued by the university confirming that you have
completed all program requirements (including submission and defense of graduation papers/exams, if applicable) and the
expected date when the degree will be awarded.

5 Two (2) le�ers of recommenda�on


Two le�ers of recommenda�on, preferably from university professors or other people of renowned academic or work exper�se.
There is no specific format required.

6 Term of Commitment
Le�er of commitment describing sources of funding and plan to cover aspects not covered by this scholarship ( i.e.: airfare,
interna�onal health insurance, addi�onal subsistence expenses, visa procedures – see template).
