LAC SESSION

REFLECTION NOTE

My reflection on this LAC session. I have learned to achieve the

success of our school, we should start first from our very own respective
classrooms. We should set specific classroom rules which must be followed
by everyone and the teachers should serve as a good example to their
pupils and parents/stakeholders so that we could gain their respect.

In dealing with our difficult or misbehaving pupils regarding their

negative actions, we should divert it from a negative to a positive way of
approaching or disciplining them and make them believe that they are
capable of doing good because they are important and special.

I’ve also learned that we must have unity, cooperation and develop a
harmonious relationship while working together for a common goal.
