1. In what ways has this module helped you reflect on the Vision, Mission, Core Values,
and Strategic Directions of the Department of Education?

This module has helped me realize to be an effective teacher is to

established core values and modeling it everyday with my pupils and
promote quality education by allowing my self to nvolve any teacher
trainings.

2. How has this module helped you clarify your vision and motivations in serving your learners
better and in promoting a learner-centered environment for them?

It has taught me to align my instructional delivery to the needs of

my learners. And it helped me clarify my vision and motive to the
learner centered philosophy.
3. What are your personal beliefs and valeus that are aligned with the DepEd’s VMV(Vision,
Mission, Core Values)?

“We should not judge a book by its cover”, because I realized that as a
teacher , I should not judge my pupils by just looking at them or by their
mistakes they created because, the intellegence of a child is not measured by
it. I should give equal opportunities to all my pupils when it comes to
learnong regardless of their attitudes or behaviors. And as a teacher, it is my
duty to change the lives of my pupils one at a time.
