About the Committee for Members in Practice
The Committee for Members in Practice (CMP) is established within the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) under the regulatory provisions of the Chartered
Accountants Act, 1949. The CMP's primary objective is to revitalize the practice portfolios
of practitioners and firms through a suite of targeted initiatives. By leveraging
partnerships with various vendor companies/entities, the committee facilitates access to
cutting-edge software solutions aimed at enhancing practice portfolios, fortifying social
security measures, optimizing financial management, and providing access to beneficial
schemes. These efforts directly benefit members by empowering them with the tools and
resources necessary to thrive in their professional endeavors.
