About Project: Extension board as the name implies it is used for extending
the circuit means providing the power supply at the desired place.

Extension boards are part of every house ,every commercial establishment and

even every industrial establishment. Extension boards are readily available in the

market .

There is very simple circuit diagram of an extension board. You can design

extension board from one switch socket to as many as you required. It is easy to

design the extension board at home very easily and it is very cheap method of

constructing the extension board instead of buying the same as it is very costly

affair.

Construction:
 At first we need to collect all the apparatus required as mentioned above.
After all collecting all the apparatus we need to take a
wooden box and cut pvc accordingly the size of the
wooden box.
Punch out the holes of from PVC sheet according to the
size of switch and socket.
Working:
A power strip or an extension board is comprised of multiple sockets
connected independently to a flexible power cable and encased in a
shockproof plastic shell.

It draws power from the wall sockets and distributes it amongst

devices connected to these multiple sockets. Extension boards can
vary in design, with some having features like individual switches and
LED indicators to indicate which socket is being currently used.

The salient feature of extension boards is that they distribute power

equally amongst the connected devices. This allows all devices to
function flawlessly, and is achieved by connecting the individual
sockets in ‘parallel’ to each other.

Applications:
Connect all your electrical and electronics devices
simultaneously
Deliver electricity to un deliverable areas.
It can be used to provide current at different Area.
