The rapid development of internet in recent
years has been changed the presentation of

learning has progressed through the years from
VHS video tapes, to elaborate synchronous online
meeting tools through the internet. E-learning is
not only being used in school and university but
also in the corporate world where large companies
operate.

growth of market size will be attributed to
numerous factors including adoption of e-
learning in employee training and the need to

billions of dollar on E-learning market. There

E- learning began in the 1990s with the expansion of the internet and increase
in computer processing speed that could support rich digital content. Since that
time corporate e-learning programs have been widely adopted as a solution to
achieve “skill based organisational outcome”.

on providing information.

supporting online learners interaction, grading and assessment

MUVE provide an environment where learners can interact through virtual characters called
avatars. Interaction through avatars have been found to be similar to the experience of video
conferencing but there are barriers to entry.

serious games are beginning to be noticed in the corporate world where companies are finding
benefits in exercise for collaboration, brainstorming, and performance evaluation.

that is difficult to replicate in person. It offers an
autonomous experience that is paced to suit
individual needs of the learner and the material
offers support to them when they need it, it’s
always available.
Corporate e-learning will supply work force
with an up-to-date and cost effective program that
yields motivated, skilled and loyal knowledge
workforce. E-learning techniques are growing as
fast as technology. It helps the employees as well as
the corporation to meet worldwide market
competition.
