● Membuat perhitungan biaya penyusutan atas aktiva tetap
perusahaan
● Membuat jurnal penyesuaian apabila diperlukan
● Melakukan cash count Petty Cash
● Membuat Chart of account, division, department dan project di
IFCA
● Merekap advance payment yang sudah lama gantung atau
bermasalah
● Mengecek dan mengoreksi saldo bermasalah
● Mengecek dan merapikan format TB
● Melakukan closing di program IFCA
● Membuat laporan keuangan berdasarkan Trial Balance dari IFCA
● Budgeting summary
● Mendata BPKN JIExpo
● Membuat jurnal-jurnal accrued (pembayaran listrik, air, pajak,
BPJS, asuransi, bunga bank, dll)
● Membuat jurnal Revenue Per Project, per event (jurnal balik
Diferred income)
● Membuat budget departement

5. Accounting Staff
● Menerima dokumen receive/ payment voucher dari finance
● Merapihkan dan memfilling dokumen receive/ payment voucher
● Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen receive/ payment voucher
● Membuat list receive/ payment voucher atas voucher-voucher yg
belum diserahkan oleh finance ke accounting setiap bulan
● Memposting semua inputan receive/ payment voucher di program
● Membuat jurnal penyesuaian di program apabila dibutuhkan
● Menjalankan proses transaksi di program.
