2 Purpose（目的）
This document aims to normalize the steps,operations and attentions that

should be abided by in the teardown process.
（本文件旨在规范拆卸过程中应遵循的步骤、操作和注意事项）

4.3.1 Teardown basic requirments（拆卸基本要求）
This content illustrates the teardown process of the project Titan

cellphone.Anti-static gloves and anti-static wrist straps are necessary
throughout the teardown process.the assembly line must be clean and
protective（本内容介绍了 Titan 手机项目的拆卸过程，拆卸过程中必须戴防静电手套和
防静电腕带，装配线必须清洁、防护）.

1. Remove the
cato（取出卡托）
Insert the card taking needle
from the small round hole to
pop the card as shown in the

recognition module on the
battery cover is connected to
the main PCB fixed on the
front cover,violent
dismantlement is prohibitted
to stop the covers from being
scratched or destroyed,and
the fingerprint recognition
module FPC from being
broken（注意：电池盖上的指纹
识别模块与固定在前壳上的主印
刷电路板相连，禁止强行拆卸以
防止电池盖被刮伤或损坏，指纹
识别模块 FPC 不被损坏）.
3.Remove all
screws （拆下所有螺
钉）

Use the electric

screwdriver to dismantle all
the screws，a total of 18（用
电动螺丝刀拆下所有螺丝，共 18

CAUTION:
1.Don’t destroy the PCB
components
2.DO NOT USE THE SCREWS

a、Make sure all operators wear anti-static wrist straps and the
assembly line be anti-static.
b、Keep the surrounding components safe when unlocking the BTB
connectors.
c、All the good components with label or network access license
need to be removed and the residual adhesive must be cleared
CAUTIONS away.Please refer to the 《 PCB rework guideline 》 for more
details.
（a、确保所有操作人员佩戴防静电腕带，装配线防静电
（b、拆卸 BTB 连接器时，确保周围部件的安全
（c、所有贴有标签或入网许可证的好组件都需要清除，残留的胶粘物必须
清除干净，详见《印刷电路板返修指南》。）
