Customer complained when EBOPS RD start up on battery, Neutral output have voltage detected on
terminal.

Rectification/Solution/ Recommendation

- When system is working on backup mode (Battery condition). System Live and Neutral output is
separated from incoming Live and Neutral by Inverter Transformer.
- When system is connected with load, L-N output terminal will show 220Vac. When measured
Neutral voltage present means the circuit is complete.
- For system without loads, N-G output will have phantom voltage detected due to the circuit is
not complete (open circuit).
- Also note that, if the system polarity is wrong connected. The system may have faulty issue with
the same symptom. This is not covered under manufacturing defects warranty as the damage
was caused by human error.
