Remember, students need to provide their own transportation for all rehearsals. On Friday for lunch, we are
taking a bus for the JH All-District students plus any other HS all-district students to be taken to the mall. We
will take a head count in class for those who would like to join during the lunch break.

3. WKU Honors Band January 25-27

$40 Due for Registration Fee
Audition videos are due by Wednesday, January 10th

Audition materials are posted on the website. Make sure you look at the audition music for your
grade level. Please send your video to us so we can upload it for your audition.

On Thursday, January 4th, you will receive help during class. The band room will also be open after school
on Tuesday/Thursday if you would like to play it for someone then!

4. Murray Quad State---Haven’t gotten the results, yet! Will keep you posted!

5. Split Band
We will chat more in class, but we will have another challenge opportunity before our first
split band rehearsal. More info on this during class tomorrow!

6. Jazz Band
We will chat more in class. We are thinking Thursdays after school 3:30-4:30! Secondary
instruments welcome!

7. Band Room open Tuesdays/Thursdays after school for afternoon practice time!
Bus will pick students up from the HS at 4:15PM to drop them off at their elementary
schools.
