DEED OF SALE OF FRANCHISE ONLY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MANNY J. IGOY , married, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and a resident of
Brgy. Villegas , Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, for and in consideration of the sum TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid in cash and in full
to my entire satisfaction by from MIKE JEON P. IGOY , of legal age, single, Filipino
Citizen and a resident of Brgy. Villegas, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged by these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way
this Deed of Sale of FRANCHISE unto said VENDEE, their heirs, successors and assigns, a
certain FRANCHISE which is more particularly described as follows, to wit;

Of which Motor Vehicle, above-described I am the registered owner thereof, as evidenced

PERMIT NO. 0442 issued by the Municipality of Pozorrubio, Pangasinan;

That by these presents, I do hereby deliver the peaceful possession and ownership over
the above-described Motor Vehicle unto the said VENDEE, their heirs, successors and assigns,
free from any liens and encumbrances whatsoever with the express warranty of defending their
franchise thereto from the claims of any person whomsoever.
