TOPIC 5 - ROLE PLAY

1. Making the Sale


Make a call to a prospective customer to educate him about the product or service your
company offers. Suggest a product to a customer, based on his needs.

Narrator: Six members will role-play six characters in situations where the company
calls potential customers to introduce them to the company's products or services. Then,
suggest suitable products to customers based on their needs.

Team 1: Quynh Trang + Anh Minh

Scenario 1: A GlamourGlow Cosmetics representative calls their potential customer, Ms.


Johnson, to introduce the company's new product.

Quynh Trang: Sarah - Company Representative


Anh Minh: Customer - Ms. Johnson

[Phone rings]

Company Representative: Hi, this is Sarah from GlamourGlow Cosmetics. May I speak
with Ms. Johnson, please?

Ms. Johnson: Speaking. What can I do for you?

Company Representative: Hi, Ms. Johnson! We're excited to introduce you to our amazing
product, "RadiantSkin Elixir." It's the latest addition to our cosmetics line, and it's like magic
in a bottle!

Ms. Johnson: Magic, you say? Tell me more!

Hoai Ngoc: Agency staff, named John


Phuong Minh: Prospective customer, named Lisa

and suggest a product that best fits her needs.

Sarah?
